A path, not a catalogue

The two Being a Leader programmes establish the ground. Conversations for Action turns it into daily practice. The two four-day intensives embed it across a team and a whole organisation. Taken in order, they compound.

Two ways to take it

Each programme runs two ways: as a one-to-two-day in-house intensive, tailored to your organisation and the seniority in the room; or as a two-week public cohort on Maven — four live sessions, a small mixed group, open to individuals. Same material, two rhythms.

Every programme runs in-house, year-round. Once a year, each also runs as a public cohort on Maven — a small group, live and online, over two weeks. Enrolment opens ahead of each cohort; join the waitlist and we’ll tell you the moment it does.

Cohorts deliberately run outside the main summer and year-end holiday periods, when senior leaders are least able to commit two weeks. Exact session times are set to work across UK, EMEA and US time zones, and confirmed on enrolment.
